Some of you that were following my blog back in early spring might have seen that I was attempting the 30 day squat/crunch challenge. Now I did get pretty far into the challenge before I decided I didn’t want to risk not being able to walk on my holiday.
So here I am a few months down the road and in desperate need of a shape up! I keep seeing Beyoncé’s Drunk in Love and Nicki Minaj’s Anaconda videos on MTV and I have serious dose of butt envy goin onnnnnnnn! Now I’ve already started my healthy eating regime in a bid to lose 2 stone (28lbs) before Christmas season. Today I decided to re-start my squat/crunch challenge in an effort to get me some toned abs and booty deal happening, well a girl can dream can’t she?

Girl I’m with you, I used to do 100 squats a night and for some reason I just stopped even though the results were AMAZING.
Brilliant, you’ll be doing 250 a day soon enough. Feel a bit sick thinking about it actually ;0)
