30 Days…Two Challenges…#day21


Seriously…arghhhhhhh…this is getting ridiculously hard now, and that’s just the spending ban! Day 21 of the squat/crunch challenge and I have to do 180 squats and 115 crunches! The squats have been getting more and more challenging but seem to be really paying off. The crunches however have been easy…up until now, yeah they burn real good now!

As I said in a previous post,  my legs are getting rock hard, but I’m yet to see an improvement in my torso…I really do need to stop eating crap! I’m off back to Slimming World this Tuesday so hopefully I can shift a stone before the end of May, heres hoping. This weeks booty inspo is none other than the amazing JLO…
